Let me start by stating the fact that I like every other sound minded person dislikes the car buying experience...mostly because of the non-trust factor of sales people in the industry. I was in the market for a 2012 Toyota Highlander Hybrid for my wife...I've vistited a few Toyota dealerships within a 20 mile radius of my home. I was met with mostly non-professional sales help...waste of time going to Elgin Toyota,St. Charles Toyota, and a few others in the area. Toyota makes a great vehicle...no question about that, the problem is the incompetence of their sales staff along with what I've seen is the leadership at these other dealers. I called my brother who had just bought a 2011 Toyota Highlander Limited and asked him for a recommendation on which Toyota dealer to purchase from and who to contact, with no hesitation..."no brainer - Schaumburg Toyota" he said. On our way we were, we pulled into the dealer and walked in without getting "attacked". We were met with a very cordial salesperson (Justin Tundac, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We were also introduced to the manager (Lane Gibson), who could not be anymore anymore professional. I could see why my brother bought his Highlander at Schaumburg Toyota. They both explained every detail of the vehicle from A-Z. The service is open til midnight...yes midnight!! No pressure buying experience for my wife and I. We recieved a great deal on the purchase and could not be happier. Let me state that I NEVER write reviews, I highly recommend Schaumburg Toyota to anyone in the market for a new Toyota.

Recently purchased a used car that only has one key. When I found out that it would be costly to make a second "chip" key, Anthony in the parts department was really helpful in finding the best option for the best price for us. Everyone at Schaumburg Toyota was extremely friendly. My Daughter was looking for a specific Rav4 and Lane Gibson was able to locate it for us. He had it available the very next day! I felt like I was getting a great deal but still shopped them with my local Toyota dealership, they had the car, and couldn't even beat the price that Lane Gibson quoted. They were also extremely accommodating, Shane Tabora drove the new Rav4 to my office and picked up my daughter's old lease. I would highly recommend Schaumburg Toyota for anyone looking for a great deal and fast service!

I have always been a Chevy man. Stopped in Schaumburg Toyota in January of 2011 and was told about the Toyota 4Runner by one of the associates, Lane Gibson, low and behold, I purchased a 2011 Toyota 4Runner Limited. It was everything that I was told and then some. Since I was so impressed with Lane Gibson and Schaumburg Toyota, I came back to purchase a 2012 Tacoma double cab 10 months later, from Lane Gibson/Justin Tandoc. Their service was outstanding and the Toyota product speaks for itself. I recommended a few friends to Schaumburg Toyota and once again, they made purchases and are extremely happy. I would recommend Schaumburg Toyota if you are looking for a good deal and most of all good service.
