In January, I bought a Subaru Outback from Mercedes-Benz of St. Charles. Unfortunately, some knucklehead totaled that car on the highway. I've been in contact with a lot of dealerships this year and I felt compelled to swing back to say how much better my experience was with this dealership than almost every other dealership I've been in contact with. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. Marc and Joel were extremely reasonable and made everything move smoothly for me even though I was coordinating the buy while living an hour away.

I bought a used 2014 Audi A5 in May of this year. Within days of ownership the check engine light went on and it turned to be a bad fuel pump that had be replaced The repair was over $1600.
