Timely & Great SERVICE! My one suggestion is to coordinate the incoming cars in service department better so we know who is first and if anyone is attending to us. I see people, like myself & many others, looking left & right as we arrive & we see clerks running around. We have no idea if they see us or know who came first. Maybe a simple giving a # can help.

My sales person, Jerry, was great. He wasn't pushy and did what he could to make the sale and the experience a good one for me. I went to Schaumburg Toyota because Jerry was referred to me by an insured of mine. Up to that point my ex husband and I had purchased or leased 8 or 9 Cars from a Crystal Lake dealership that did not treat me well at all. My battery died 3 times in a little over a year. This time, Tom (I believe that was his name - - - new employee. He needs a business card!!!!) came to my rescue. A friend jumped my 2003 RAV4 and followed me to Schaumburg Toyota. Tom was going to check the car, and then if anything was wrong, take care of it. My friend was going to drive me home, but then I would have to find a way to pick up the car again. Also, the wait time to stay there was unknown. So Tom kindly lent me a 2014 Venza to use. He called later me a few times; once to tell me the problem - the alarm was draining the battery and had to be removed, and then around 11pm to tell me the car was finished. I picked it up the next day. Tom was wonderful. He spent time explaining things to me, including answering some extra questions I had. He was very caring and helpful. Whenever I have future visits, I will ask if Tom is available.

As always, the service experience at Schaumburg Toyota was and always has been a great and wonderful experience. Mike Krueger, as always, provided the most satisfying and wonderful and helpful experience. He has always treated s us with respect and smile every time we visited him for the service and questions about our car. He takes time to explain and goes over every repair in details. I know he has been with Schaumburg Toyota for more than 30 years , at least, and during all that time I have never visited any other Toyota dealer as I know that when I come and see him, I will get the best service for my money and time. He is an asset to the Resnick group and my compliments to the management for having such a wonderful people to help us and other customers. I have personally recommended more than a dozen people and every one had a wonderful experience. Give my compliments to Mr. Krueger and his team.
