I took my Prius here for its first maintenance visit. The visit took twice as long as I was initially told it would. So when the email survey arrived, I commented about that. Within 48 hours the manager (?) Mike called me to talk to me about why the visit took longer (checking software on radio). He was pleasant on the phone, so I felt comfortable asking him additional questions about my car's alignment, etc. Super professional.
