I came in to have my Highlander LE’s first service. I saw the salesman that I previously dealt with and told him that I was upset with myself for being cheap and buying the Highlander LE as opposed to the XLE. My sales professional, David Warda, and sales manager, Jonathan, came up with a plan where I would swap out my LE for an XLE without suginifcantly increasing my monthly payment by using the Highlander 0.9% interest promotion. Then my financial officer, Leah, prepared all of my paperwork with the exact same options that I previously chose when I purchased the LE 6 months ago while I relaxed reading my book. When all the paperwork was completed, I signed everything and left as an extremely happy customer. I now have the vehicle that I wanted in the beginning. Thank you to the employees of Schaumburg Toyota, but a special thank you to David, Jonathan, and Leah!
Patrick was very helpful in explaining the different types of tires in terms of pay load, thread types, price, etc. As requested, he told me the dates my current tires were made. He also told me the dates of manufacture of my newly purchased tires. Patrick was polite and helpful, and went easy on my price point for all service needed that day.
Had a great buying experience at Schaumburg Toyota and Would highly recommend them. From the minute we walked in we were treated with respect and found just the right vehicle for us.
Overall good experience with sales and financial staff, and most maintenance service staff except Christian who tried to BS his way through a problem, showing his ignorance of basic mechanical issues (he is not allowed to come near my car).
