I assured him I would be in town long enough and he just refused and said I should take it back to the original dealer, which was at no point what I'd expect when I just paid so much money for a new, albeit used, car under warranty. He also mentioned it's not a critical item so it's fine to just keep using the car. This is an infuriating experience I've never been so baffled. Just because dealing with your corporate warranty department is a headache, does not give you the right to deny service when I am under said warranty. Horrible impression. Further, when customer care reached out saying I missed my appointment ( I didn't) I explained the situation again, hoping anyone would care enough to make it right without me chasing them down. Unfortunately not, the nice gal who replied to my email said she was passing the info along to Mike Krueger so he can personally follow up. Surprise, complete silence. Terrible experience over all, unfortunately looks like this is a trend in the area so still on the hunt for a service department that won't be so lazy or dismissive.

I get that everything now is text messages, but even text tone you can sense lack of warmly tone or genuine thanks. At least this is my perceptions. Dropped off for appt at 8.30am and received a text at 3 stating "they are backed up and cant get to it til monday and have a good weekend". No further questions like how you would like us to proceed or updates along the way for the past 7.5hrs etc. I replied with frustration tone and his reply was "sit tight my mgr who made the appt just gave it to a tech". I feel like I am talking to a 15 year old.

5 stars all day. If you live in Chicagoland. This is the dealership to go to. Dean, Ron, and Anthony is parts are phenomenal. Everyone here is honest and the prices match what they should. I went to Mercedes Benz of Hoffman Estates, they wanted to charge me 2.3x more than what the honest guys at Saint Charles would have. My family has been coming to this dealership for years, even before when they were across the street. Simply the best. We are so blessed to have them.

We went to Schaumburg Toyota today to purchase a new car for our family. We worked with Cameron, who was one the best salesman we ever dealt with. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions and assuring us if they didn’t have what we wanted in stock he could get one for us. I purchased a C300 and worked with Mike in sales along with Nik, the sales manager, and they were both incredibly professional, personable, and easy to work with — never pushy or transactional. One thing I especially appreciated was how thoughtful and efficient the entire process was. Instead of having me sit around during the financing paperwork, they had Taylor, their product concierge, help me get everything set up in the car. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all the features, settings, and profile setup, which made the delivery experience feel much more personalized and seamless. I also really appreciated that I was able to schedule a separate learning session with Taylor afterward to better understand all of the technology and features the car has to offer. He was patient, informative, and made everything much less overwhelming. What really stood out was that the entire team stayed late to make everything come together, and throughout the process I truly felt that they cared about creating a positive experience rather than just making a sale.
