2014 Toyota Camry a Top Seller In June

Recently released sales reports revealed that Toyota occupies the top spot as the number one retail brand around, and 2014 Toyota Camry models sold like hotcakes.

According to Bill Fay, Group Vice President and General Manager, Toyota Division, “In June, Camry and Corolla posted double-digit gains as passenger cars showed renewed strength industry-wide.”

The popular and dependable 2014 Toyota Camry was a hot seller during June 2014, when 40,664 units were sold for a gain of 13.4 percent in raw sales volume compared to June 2013.

The 2014 Toyota Camry also led its automotive segment through the first half of the year, posting sales of 222,540 vehicles, a gain of 7.2 percent compared to the same period last year, when calculated in raw sales volume.

“Sales in the first half of 2014 indicate a steadily recovering industry, and we expect this pace to increase as we move into the second part of the year,” said Fay.
