Cool Toyota Cars on Display at SEMA Show
The Specialty Equipment Market Association Show (SEMA) is always a great chance for automakers to show off some of the cool ideas they’ve got in the works, or just some of the prototypes and experiments they think are just plain cool. And for this year’s 2015 SEMA show Toyota announced that they’ve got a whole lot of really cool Toyota cars to show, including the incredible Toyota Ultimate Utility Vehicle (UUV).
Built from a 2016 Toyota Sienna minivan atop the chassis of a 2016 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, and loaded with a Toyota Racing Development engineered supercharger, an upgraded steering system, and riding on huge off road wheels, the Toyota UUV is an impressive, awesome vehicle. It was engineered and designed to take on the harshest, toughest climates and conditions including high heat in the desert and icy, wintry conditions in Alaska as part of the Toyota Ever-Better Expedition that spans 110 days, thousands upon thousands of miles, and several continents.
The Toyota UUV is one of fourteen incredible, awesome customized Toyota vehicles on display during this year’s SEMA show, including racing cars and iconic Toyota models.
“At Toyota, our rally call is ‘Let’s go places’… And when we say that, we mean let’s have fun getting there. Our SEMA booth will show just how extreme the fun can be in a Toyota,” said Ed Laukes, Vice President of Marketing, Performance, and Guest Experience at Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. “No other display at SEMA will have anything like this. It’s guaranteed to be a sensational draw as a result of the extraordinary vehicles we’ve selected to show.”
