Three Toyota Models Named Top Family Vehicles

There are a lot of factors and a lot of thought that go into making the bigger purchases in life.  The amount of thought that goes into these purchases gets exponentially larger when you’re making decisions for your family in addition to yourself.   Picking a new vehicle is definitely one of those bigger purchases in life, and Toyota absolutely takes that seriously.  Parents Magazine and Edmunds.com has named three Toyota Models among the Best Family Cars of 2012 in their fifth annual list.  Schaumburg Toyota is proud to have these three vehicles, including the 2012 Toyota Camry.

The 2012 Camry, which was in the sedan category, was joined by the Toyota Prius v, in the high mileage category, and the Toyota Sienna, in the large vehicle category.  Vehicles were evaluated on criteria relevant to families.  Some of the criteria are safety, fuel economy, ride comfort, styling, handling and, of course, kid-friendly features.  Don’t think this year was a fluke though because this is actually the fifth year out of five possible years that Toyota vehicles have made this list.  The completely redesigned Camry, America’s best selling car,  was chosen for its styling, convenient technology, and as an IIHS Top Safety Pick is an extremely popular choice for families.
