Toyota Recognized for its Diversity

Making the absolute best product possible is what has always driven everyone at Toyota and will continue to drive us.  The search for the next breakthrough vehicle and the next ground breaking innovation means we have to always be evolving and seeking out the best ideas no matter who they come from.  Because of this philosophy it is with great pleasure that we are able to announce Toyota being named one of DiversityInc’s Top 50 companies for diversity.  The diversity from the top of the company all the way down that earned this recognition is what allows Schaumburg Toyota to bring each years innovative models of vehicles like the 2012 Toyota Highlander.

Every year Toyota works hard to set the curve for innovative vehicles, and we don’t think 2012 will be any different.  This year’s Toyota Highlander has projector beam headlamps with auto on/off features for when it is dark outside, and UV reduction glass windshields for when it is extremely sunny.  It has washer-linked variable intermittent windshield wipers and variable rear wiper for when it is raining out and you can get the windshield wiper de-icer for when the rain turns to sleet or worse.
